Clean, quiet, comfortable modern apartment in an excellent location with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Excellent WiFi. Was able to attach our own firestick to TV. Cord just reached extra socket on wall.

This is a high spec property with great features. We loved the central position, combined with the total peace and quiet. 1 minute’s walk away in one direction there is the cathedral square and beyond it the sea, and in the other, just round the corner, is the delightful Plaza de Candelaria, complete with gardens, bars and restaurants, a baker’s, an ice cream shop and even a supermarket. Turn left and first right out of the apartment - it would be quite possible to miss this little haven in pursuit of the more obvious attractions. An additional bonus for us was the easy (15 mins) walk to and from the station. The apartment itself was extremely thoughtfully equipped, so on a practical level we were able to cook one night with everything we needed in the way of pans etc. Laundry was made extra exciting with great drying lines on the roof, and pegs and laundry basket provided in the apartment. We had good communication before our arrival with Sergio, and a warm welcome from the lovely Pepe, who gave us great advice on places to go and eat out.

“A fantastic flat in the heart of Cadiz!”

The flat is really well located in the old town. Just 5 minutes from the Cadiz Cathedral and not much further to the Central Market. The flat itself is lovely; clean, comfortable and bright. The kitchen was well equipped and there were adequate toiletries and towels. The Wi-Fi worked really well, in fact everything worked well. The flat is on a quiet street so I never heard any undue noise. Because of this and the fact that the bed was so comfortable, I slept better here than I do at home! Communication was easy and the team responded quickly and gave me all the help I needed. Sergio was really friendly and explained everything well so after getting in the flat I had no need for any further assistance. I would recommend taking the free walking tour that is on the inside front door. It was excellent!

Very big, new and modern apartment with all facilities provided. It was super clean in all the rooms. The apartment is located inside the city centre, so it was very easy and quick to reach all the bars, main squares and beaches; at the same time, the street where it’s located is extremely quiet and silent so you can sleep well. The bed was very comfortable. There’s the possibility to use heated air in both the bedroom and living room/kitchen (air conditioning system). There are also a washing machine and a coffee maker. Sergio, the owner, was very kind and welcoming!

Everything was perfect. Sergio met us with the keys & explained everything we needed to know.He gave us lots of helpful advice on places to eat. Very modern & very well designed.Lovely decor.Kitchen has everything you need.Washing machine , basket & pegs. Iron & ironing board. Plenty of storage & hangers. Very clean,light & airy. Aircon worked well. Sun terrace on the roof with Cathedral views ,with washing lines. Quiet location. You can here the bells during the day but they add to the character ! So many bars, restaurants , plazas nearby, 15 mins to Beach,Parks. Fantastic for running & walking.
