A highly responsive host, flexible checkin, Neat and modern room/bathroom, awesome views from the window, convenient location (just 8-10 mins walk from station and the town itself is probably midway between Lugano/Locarno enabling easy access to both). The room had a kettle and a refrigerator as well. We wanted to go out early in the morning but ended up staying an extra hour just to enjoy the views from the room. Great stay!

Very-very kind host, has provided detailed information regarding check in. Also check in time was not limited. Good location, free parking. Appartments are clean and modern. All necessary was available + sweet compliments) Thanks for hospitality, will come back again!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. The parking was very convenient. If you are on a road trip around the area, this is the perfect spot to stay in.

Clean room, comfy large bed. Owner was nice, but a simple step by step message with pictures for check in would be enough, rather than multiple videos and voice messages. Owner recommended a restaurant for dinner - seemed rowdy and a bit rough going in (was the night of Swiss playing in euro cup), but chicken Kiev was fantastic.

Superb room on the ground floor! - the best value for money that we've experienced in a long time - extremely clean - spacious enough for 2 people - very quiet surroundings - comfortable temperature (floor heating and mobile air-conditioning) - comfortable shower with good water pressure, good thick towels - comfortable bed - fridge, water cooker - washing machine (although no detergent and drying rack) - little presents that make you feel welcome, like water and beer in the fridge, tissues, wet wiping tissues for your glasses, a video for how to access the room, etc. - Leandro is a very attentive host, communication is easy and fast. He even gave us tips for a nearby restaurant. We arrived very late (almost 22.00) and still there was someone who welcomed us personally. - late check out until 11.30h, which was very comfortable for us.

The room is in a nice and modern building in a quite residential area. It is perfectly clean. For a longer stay it is probably too small but for a day or two, it is a perfect place. I appreciated very warm welcome and free beverages.

Easy access to and from motorway. Quiet situation , parking available. Short walk from a couple of bars , pizzerias , cafes and petrol stations. The owner sent a very comprehensive video with a set of instructions of how to get to the property, unfortunately my phone wouldn’t work in Switzerland! Fridge welcome addition.
