Spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Very handy due to its closeness to the Italian - Switzerland border. Free parking next to the entrance. The host has been very kind and helpful.

“Quiet and comfortable”

Quiet place not far from Bellinzona, and if you have a car it's very convenient because you can park literally in front of the main door. The windows are luminous but they can be completely shut if you like darkness. The structure is warm but without noises. We slept well. We didn't meet anybody, but the owner - Leandro - was always very kind and available on Whatsapp.

Everything! Super clean, spacious room with the possibility to use the shared kitchen to heat food ( not equipped to cook). It has a balcony, perfect to enjoy the sun and calmness of the place. There was also a kettle, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, tea, tissues and lens cleaners. There is also a parking lot in the property, easily accessible. The town is small but there are some markets in the area to get basic stuff and food. Also restaurants. Leandro was super attentive and friendly. He also recommended us where to eat.

Excellent communication with the owner. The room looked great and the fact that I could check in any time was a great help as I drove up from Bari and got delayed on the road. It meant I didn't have to stress about getting there at a specific time. It is close to the motorway but remote enough to be quiet and relaxing. The room was clean, had all amenities and was avery comfortable. Will definitely revisit next year!

Nice stop on our road trip. Beautiful located between the mountains, yet enough restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Host sent detailed info over whatsapp which was perfectly clear.

Everything perfect. Very good location, 5 minutes from the train station; very quiet area; nice and very clean room; comfortable bed.

The location is very nice. You can get quickly to many places/ valleys in Tessin. You also have a Decathlon, McDonald's and some supermarkets nearby. The room is big enough with a spacious balcony. The staff very friendly and helpful! Totally recommend 👌🏼
