“Nice apartment for Two, good choice for one week stay in Paris.”

The owner takes care of the apartment by himself. He is a nice gentleman. We have no problem to communicate with English. Apartment is near to the supermarket & RER B station, easy for our visit to Paris city, and very convenient for our stay. If we come back to Paris in the future, we surely will take this apartment with priority.

The location in a quiet area, outside of the city but very well connected. The size of the house, that was totally equiped, clean and full of light. The terrace was just the cherry on the top.

Really nice apartment, very quiet, clean and tidy, well equipped. The little terrace in the garden is a nice bonus :-) It is really close to the RER train station and the trains are frequent even during the weekend, easy to get to the centre, the journey takes about 20min. Good supermarket close by, some smaller shops, two bakeries and a kebab bistro at the corner. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Communication was straightforward, everything worked well. Thank you!

Laurent was an absolutely excellent host, very responsive, helpful, and even let us check in a bit early! The apartment was lovely and cosy, very clean, extremely well equipped kitchen and bathroom wise, and a 5 minute walk to Arcueil - Cachan station, so extremely convenient. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood with a close mini-market. We loved staying and would definitely do so again!

The apartment is very well equipped, it's easy to cook anything you want. It's spacious, cozy and has a nice balcony.

I stayed at this apartment at the bigining of Fabruary. It was the best apartment I stayed in in Paris. Facilities, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, location are very good. There was one thing that was disappointing. A heating system at the bedroom was not enough. it was not working.

Myself and my wife booked a break for a few days in Paris. And I came across this apartment on booking.com and read the reviews and booked it right away. Laurent was a very good host and corresponded well. We met him at the apartment one day and he was very nice and attentive. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. Spacious, Clean good facilities in terms of making coffee and cooking etc if needed. 5 mins from the train station and the trains were very easy to work and reliable. Lots of good facilities near the apartment, supermarket, coffee shops etc. Amazing apartment, amazing host and allows you to escape the busyness of the city at night but be close enough to get back Into the City easy and quick. 10/10 from us.

“Great apartment, next to railway into Paris”

A wonderful two night stay in Cachan, location is 20/25 mins outside central Paris and only 5 min walk down a hill from the RER B line that you need . Spacious apartment with a lovely balcony/terrace , great communication from the owner and 10 mins walk away from a large Auchan supermarket in Cachan . Will be staying again for sure when next over

Great location for arriving in Paris - non-stop train from CDG and 5 minutes walk to such a spacious, well-equipped apartment. Very good communications with Laurent, the host.

It's placed 5 min walking from the nearest station, a large flat, super clean, and has a very comfortable bed. There was enough equipment I needed. I didn't meet the owner, just texted him, but he always replayed quickly when I asked something. It was easy check-in and out.

“A lovely 4 day break within touching distance of L'Isle de la Cite”

No food, this was a self catering establishment. However there was a take away almost next door open 7/7 days a week and a supermarket and bakery only 5 or so minutes walk, the former open 7/7 days a week as well. The RER B station was a 5-10 minute walk uphill with only 7 stops to Notre Dame. The flat had good heating, a washing machine and an excellent shower with plenty hot water. There was a little west facing outside terrace.
