The host Nenad is very pleasant and makes sure the guests are comfortable. When we arrived he helped us with the luggage and gave us a quick tour of the apartment (and all the facilities).

Mr. Nenad is very kind and helpful. Building is just 5 minutes on foot from the central square, you can easily find to park just in front of the building. The apartment was really comfortable, clean, fully equipped and has a nice balcony with beautiful view.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL, modern, nice host, great amenities and facilities, the beds are comfy, there are extra stuff like coffee, tea, magazines, books and game of chess... And of course all the basics you would expect, even the balcony.

The host i didnt meet but super super friendly. I got the key from hos father. What an amazingly nice and kind man. The apartment is clean, beautifull balcony view, very close to the center, comfortable bed,. I would stay here for shure on a new visit.

“Exemplary Host, Comfortable Stay | A Rare Gem”
The host may be the best and most understanding one I've ever encountered. After three delays, the host hadn't hesitated to accomodate our late check-in with the utmost professionalism and hospitality. Aside of the exemplary host, the property itself is very good and feels like home. A nice sturdy bed, comfortable furniture, and a very well furnished bathroom with a bidet, which isn't all too common. Our time spent here was short but worthwhile, a great place overall.

Exceptional Accommodation in Čačak was really exceptional! Communication with a very friendly owner was rather smooth and easy. A single room appartment is located very close to the bus station, city center and the river, in a brand new nicely kept building (like in Xmas movies). The appartment is quite cosy with a super cute balcony and lovely view on the mountains. Bathroom is very modern and spacious, hotel-like. More than a decent price as well.

The building is almost brand new I think that even not all the apartments are occupied. Furnished wery well and on first glance looks wery well... The location is OK. The owner -polite and helpful. The price is very good... We were for just a night in Cicak so - all was OK.
