“Odlican odnos cene i kvaliteta.”
Odlicna lokacija, u okolini ima dosta prodavnica (Gomex,Idea...), restorana, pecenjara, fast food. Blizu je centra pa ne mora da se koristi auto za sve. Jos jedan veliki plus je to sto ima i parking mesto i ne treba da se razmislja gde da se ostavi auto.
