Elma and Sanel's house is completely renovated, nice, spacious and very clean. It is located in the Croatian countryside, in a very secluded area, in the heart of Istria (about half an hour to the west/east coast). The house has all the amenities (including air conditioning in every room, which is important in summer), and you can relax wonderfully in the backyard with a jacuzzi (this is also an added attraction for children). We recommend it as an ideal base for exploring Istria!

Absolutely nice location, very cosy house. Very quiete place, ideally to relax. Landloards were very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the whirlpool. Nice furniture to have breakfast outside with morning sun☀️and barbecue in the evening🌙

We had a wonderful stay in Cabrunici. The house is very comfortable with different attractions like bathtub/jacuzzi, great TV with netflix. It features 3 double bedrooms and a separate sofa in the living room. The bathroom is also confortable. The kitchen is very well equiped with sharp knives, spacieous fridge. There is also a convenient roast outside. The owner is helpful and kind. The house is located in a small village in rural Istria, in a safe and quiey place, close to the city of Vodnjan with a big supermarket and bakery. Many great beaches are within 25 km by car (Kamenjak, Cyclone and Hawaii Beach, Rovinj's Mulini Beach). We can safely recommend it to families.
