The hosts made us feel welcome immediately and we could see that there was a lot of attention to detail. The room was fully equipped, the bed very comfortable and the air felt fresh. Breakfast was exquisite and abundant with homemade food from their own produce. Whilst dinner was delicious and we truly enjoyed the intimate atmosphere they managed to create by the pool.

They go above and beyond! Breakfast is superb, but also if you happen to be in luck and get to taste their homemade dinner. There is nothing better :D

“Simply the best B&B”

The Very Best B&B Ever Visited Stayed for two nights and wished we had made it three- so much to visit nearby and a most excellent accommodation. Paolo & Barbara were the very best of hosts- welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are pristine, well appointed with all the requirements of a traveller. Good free WiFi, a full size fridge and air-con although not needed. The breakfasts [home cooked] pastries/ cakes/ croissants/fruits etc were fresh, extensive and tasty- we did not need a lunch. We had excellent Chef standard evening meals and again were most appreciative of the love and attention given to the provision of food. The pool and seating are provided a cooling/ shaded area. Simply, [we are well internationally travelled] this was the best most complete B&B we have used- we will try to return for longer in the coming years.

BB su Pottai is in a very central location with plenty of free parking nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are comfortable and well equipped. Lovely courtyard garden. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Everything served at breakfast is organic and home made, all tasty and plentiful. Would definitely recommend!

“Get treated like family at this central house in Cabras.”

Our host Barbara is a bundle of energy and we were treated like family. We stayed in an adjacent building to the family house. The property is large with an inner courtyard. Her husband has a 1992 Piaggi truck which he had in the courtyard one day for the olive harvest (Piaggi fans will know what I am talking about). We travelled off-season so it wasn’t hot (20C) but the shaded portions of the courtyard would be perfect to retreat to on a hot day. Breakfast was classic, with Barbara making us fresh pastries and fruit every morning along with yoghurt and granola. Barbara made us cappuccinos every morning. The room is very dark and quiet at night so we slept very soundly. It was as clean as your own mother would make her home. Wifi worked fine. There was a restaurant literally next door where burgers and steaks were available (man cannot live on pasta alone). There is an excellent seafood restaurant, Sa Bell’e Crabasa, where we ate both days at lunch. Have the appetizer tasting menu one day - it’s superb. And parking wasn’t hard. Was able to park in a white-line spot in front of the house (free until 9 AM, then paid to 1 PM, then free again). Bring your little blue-zone parking dial card to extend your free stay until 9:30 AM. Definitely go to the Archeological museum in Cabras to see the stone giant warriors.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, giving advice on whereabouts and making sure your stay is a positive one. Centrally located with walking access to the squares and life of the city. Tasty breakfast. clean rooms, and beautiful setting inside. Recommended.

An absolutely perfect stay. The location is central in a charming little town. Excellent to explore the nearby beaches and historic sites. The owners (Ms Barbara, Mr Paolo and their son Matteo) are very warm, friendly and helpful. Ms Barbara took time to explain and recommend several sites interesting to visit. The room is tastefully equipped and completely newly furnished. Breakfast is simply incredible - several delicious home made pastries and anything one could wish for (sweet and salty).

“Wonderful property and top-notch hosts”

Everything is pristine. Beautiful property in central location. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with fresh and homemade delicacies. The dip in the pool was refreshing. The hosts very nice, friendly and accommodating. You can tell they care for their property and their guests. Lovely place and hope to be back soon!

Barbara is a fantastic host and made us very welcome. She offered a drink on arrival and advised on places to visit. She gave us a permit for parking as it isn't possible to park outside all the time. The B&B has a lovely little pool for a welcome dip in the heat of summer. Cabras is a lovely town which comes alive at night. The breakfast at the B&B was fabulous!

Super sweet owner Barbara let us in, help us to find the best spot to eat and recommended us what to see around plus even what to visit upcoming days. So far so good! The room was cozy, hot shower and the best was home made breakfast: from marmelade, fruit salad from garden to self-baked cakes and cookies! We recommend staying there.
