“Average, the noisey aircon from the hotel next door was a big negative.”

Food was great. Staff very very helpful. Lots of choice. We liked the varied restaurant options, from Tortuga on the beach to Don Diego's and Emiliano's at the top where you can walk and overlook the Marina from the Cup Cake Cafe.

We spent an incredible time at Sandos Finistera. It was more than a hotel, it was like living in a small town with restaurants, cafes, bars and many lovely corners. We had the privilege to get a VIP access with a Finistera suite and its stunning view from the balcony on the Cabo Marina, the access to the amazing VIP Pool on the rooftop with a top class bartender Ismael, who made us outstanding cocktails and drinks ! We loved the location of the hotel, between the beautiful beach on the Pacific side and the Marina on the other side. The food was good, the rooms service was excellent and the staff was very nice and helpful, in particular Mar at the customer desk.

“Amazing stay at Sandos !”

Amazing stay at Sandos ! Beautiful hotel, amazing food, best service in town and lots of fun with all the different activities ! Big thanks to Yuki & Carmen from the animation team, I loved the ping-pong competition, cocktail classes and guacamole contest ! And big thanks to Gus at reception for helping me with the rebooking of the hotel due to the cancellation of my flight. Congrats to Nicki for having such a great team !

Breakfast at don diego is fantastic. Everything starts with the great attention of Karen and Adilene! They select a table for you like a fisherperson selects their lures for a fishing day. Then you have the best chilaquiles verdes accompanied by omelete made by a professional that has a smile when preparing. At the pool bar you have Severo and Souza making great Mango margaritas. Dinner was good at Agave! Luis was a great waiter at Emiliano’s! Beach at Cabo San Lucas is s gorgeous but not swimmable all areas.

The staff did not replenish the mini bar as we were informed at the reception upon check-in even though we had only consumed sparkling water. The resort itself is very old and the atmosphere was just off.

The location was perfect, very close to the marina and walking distance to the town. The staff were the best I’ve ever had! The all inclusive didn’t mean you waited long for food or drinks, service was impeccable. The activities were always so much fun.

“Amazing looking hotel, great view, disappointing food offering”

The hotel is gorgeous and situated on top of a cliff making the view even better. The proximity to the beach is nice and they have pools to enjoy since swimming in the ocean is forbidden. The hotel is also walking distance from the marina and downtown so making it super convenient to just walk to town. Like always, everybody in Mexico is nice and welcoming.

Good location, pools, and buildings in general. Room was large and comfortable. Beautiful beach to look at and sit on (but not go in because of riptides)

Everything was excellent. My family and I enjoyed every minute we had at Sandos. From the staff to the hotel, 5 star!!!!! Thank you for letting my family and I create beautiful memory at Sandos. We miss the place!!!!

The pools were awesome, the meals were great. The staff was amazing and helpful... Rooms were very clean and spacious...The view of the ocean and whales jumping was one of our highlights totally recommend a room with ocean view as opposed to marina or elsewhere...

All meals were great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shows were very entertaining and cleanliness was superb.

Enjoyed the shows. Cupcake cafe and a restaurants were ok. Staff in the Don Diego and Tortuga restaurants were extremely nice.

We loved everything about the resort. Everyone was so welcoming especially Oscar, America, Abraham and Maria from the Royal Elite Tortuga. The bar and pool bartender Ismael had the beat cocktails that I've ever had at a resort! We will definitely coming back ,hopefully ,sooner rather than later.

The location and the landscape are at the top notch in this area. You will never get bored with the views either on the marina/downtown side or on the ocean side. The Junior Suite is spacious enough and very comfy. A variety of choices in restaurants and bars which are doing their jobs just right. The aerobics sessions in the pool and the evening shows are very enjoyable too. Staff are all nice and they helped me have fun, or find solutions when I have issues (thanks especially to Armand at the reception as well as Yuki, Yair and Victor at the pool area). Also, it seems someone is always cleaning somewhere and the facility is in fact kept very clean. Overall, my stay was truly fantastic despite being on a solo trip basis. I would love to be back with my family next time.
