Marina View Villas is located 275 metres from the Marina and just in front of Museo de Cabo San Lucas museum. We have an outdoor swimming pool, with lounge chairs and a BBQ area for sitting and cooking meals. The villas offer flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning and a living area. The kitchens come with stove, microwave and fridge; while the bathrooms come with bathrobes, free toiletries and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. “Pleasant place to stay if you can handle stairs and some nightlife noise.”
Staff were wonderful and the unit was very comfortable with a very nice view from the balcony, especially for sunrises. The large room with the king-size bed was excellent.

“A quiet villa in the middle of busy cabo!”
The location was great for walking around town but not being right in the middle of the touristy areas. We couldn't hear all the bars/nightclubs at night, which was great. The pool was really nice and a great place to hang out for the morning. There are some good cafes and restuarants near the hotel.

“Pleasant stay but nowhere exceptional”
Clean, spacious room and large private balcony. King size bed was so comfortable. Location was 10/10. Easy to walk anywhere, yet quiet enough as it was off the noisy corridor. Nice to have nighttime security guard - it felt extra safe.

“Wonderful place to stay in the city but still have a view”
The staff were very nice and accommodating. Everything in Cabo San Lucas was within walking distance including the Marina, Restaurants, Corner stores, and Cabo Wabo Cantina. Our spectacular view was from room 4B. Much much thanks to the staff for their assistance with our needs during our stay. We also rented a car and liked the gated parking area.

The staff is great. Very clean place, but the premises need renovation. One shower barely works. The climate is slightly cold. The location is very good. Pool was too hot 🔥🔥🔥 :)

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home and their recommendation/partner (Ricardo) for the water tour was excellent. Beds were super comfortable. Great pool deck with nice, clean BBQ. Pool and jacuzzi temperature/cleanliness were spot on. Breathtaking views. Awesome location. Spacious villas. Superb staff all the way around. Would return in a heartbeat. Recommended without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marina View. The location is perfect just a short easy walk to the marina and far enough away to avoid the noise. Lots of nearby restaurants. The view is really good and large balconies with daybeds and table/chairs. The pool areas great, also with a view. Water dispenser in the room is very handy. Nice touch for convenience and saves on plastic bottles. The staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. Would recomend this place for sure. 10/10

“A Great Stay with a Great View!”
The staff is always great, especially the beautiful young woman with the big smile at the front desk who can help you with any questions you might have. The rooms are spacious and a great value. As you go higher on the property (stairs) your view gets better and better, both of the city and the ocean

The view is magic the swimming and jacuzzi feel very private and it has a mexican look with all the coulourful villas. Villa was big . We opened up the couch bed jn the other room too. Balcony was spacious. Filtered water in the room big plus.
