Staff were very polite and professional, and cleaning staff folded the towels into different shapes each day. Location was within 15-20 min walk to the beach.

“Close to downtown”

Breakfast was hot cakes and fruit , it was ok, some eggs included would be nice. Staff friendly. Great pizza restaurant across the street. Glad they have shampoo dispensers on the shower wall, i prefer those than the tiny bottles that are a waste of plastic.

Stayed for four days, and there was no hot water for three of them. The only day with water, it wasn’t even hot. The staff just kept telling us to wait, but nothing was ever resolved. The soundproofing is terrible—you can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms and music from the restaurant downstairs. The air conditioner leaks. As soon as you turn it on, water drips onto the bed. Breakfast is very basic, and it’s exactly the same for four days in a row—very limited options. We reported these issues on the first day, but the hotel did nothing to resolve them. We had no choice but to endure our stay. Absolutely disappointing.

There were no english speaking employees at the hotel. With no information given on the hotel. Not a fully contained kitchenette as per advertisted. Had to buy plates, bowls, utensils. Pots and pans supplied were in very poor condition. Having a kitchenette was a great idea. But it was not a functional kitchenette. Our stay was for 31 days. Worn out bed spreads and curtains. Only once did we have warm water. The hot plate was having issues of turning off and on. The pool never get sun and is not heated. Very poor advertising on this hotel. The maid service would be my only plus of my experience at the Hotel Santa Fe. Naty was amazing. We did notice the room next to us was being sprayed im assuming for bed bugs. Made me very uncomfortable.

“Good value for your money”

It's a bit apart from the party area, which for us was a good thing. In any case, walkable distance to all major attractions. It has a small market in the property, so buying the essentials is easy there. You won't find only foreigners in this hotel, but also locals.

The Place near the City But I don't like their TV not working And the breakfast is late

Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. Located a 10 minute walk from marina. Comfortable bed !

We saw a few people eating their throughout the day the language barriers was a problem we didn't know if breakfast was included the place was a little off the main drag but a close walk to shopping and restaurant's other then a rooster crowing in the morning traffic noise was minimal

“Nice and well located”

The hotel is well located in Downtown San Lucas. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, souvenir shops around. It is less than 10min walking to the Marina and 20min walking to Medano Beach. The staff is amazing, super friendly and kind, they gave us suggestions of places to go and what to eat. The breakfast was very nice, fluffy pancakes with fresh fruits, coffee or orange juice. The room was very spacious, with two queen size beds, table, chairs, TV, mini fridge and microwave. There is AC and a ceiling fan, which are very helpful and keep the place cool.

Very helpful staff, tasty breakfast, walking distance to stores and beautiful marina boulevard. Mini grocery store inside of hotel.

A bottle of water in the rooms would be nice

the location was good and in general the room was fine. They changed towels and bedsheets daily
