“The food and service was amazing, but not the place if you want some sleep.”
Second time visiting - the entertainment, food and staff were all wonderful. Pools were too. We returned for the food and kids club alone - both were standout. Probably the most impressive spread of food I’ve seen at a hotel.

Amazing facilities. All the restaurants were of a great quality, from the beach bar type cafe's to the full scale sit down type restaurants. Service was also great and the kids had a total blast swimming up to the pool bars, ordering their Shirley Temple's!

Not value for money . Check in was terrible and painful , lack of customer service . Booked 2 identical rooms and we were given different rooms one with no view one with a view. Hotel didn’t seem to care

“Most spectacular resort i’ve ever stayed at, except for the couch bed”
The staff were amazing.. food amazing. I’m Vegan and found actual Vegan food options.. The rooms were impeccable.. every detail a 5 Star.. except for the couch bed. It dipped in the center and a very poor mattress is used. Was impossible to sleep on and doesn’t meet the expectations for a hotel of this magnitude.

“Fabulous family get away.”
Milton, Abraham, and George, in particular, but the entire staff was amazingly helpful and attentive. The all inclusive approach was easy and fun.
