The pleace met my expectations, it has spacious and bright apartments and as written, it`s away from the noise down the town. Whirlpool and pool were also nice, I always was the only person using them, also in the evening sitting at the terrace or close to the pool was relaxing, although and also because there was no one else, so it`s not a party hotspot. Equipment of the apartment was fine.

I stayed with my friend for 9 nights, an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay! The staff were lovely and efficient with good recommendations in the area. We didn't catch the American guys name who checked us in but he was very helpful when we had an issue with the code for the safe. The housekeepers gave us fresh towels often, they did a great job. Pool area and plants etc always clean and well looked after. Gardener and pool cleaners were there at least a couple times during our stay. The night security and house cat were also very friendly. We also loved that the room had a blender, we enjoyed making numerous blended cocktails and fruit smoothies! Great touch 😄 Showers had toiletries in them and kitchen was pretty much fully stocked. Quiet and private, could barely hear other guests at all. Balcony and views are excellent 👌🏽

Our favorite place in Cabo. Visited multiple times. Very soft beds.It's right outside the touristy bit but close enough that you could walk if you wanted (and go up and down the steep hill). The apartment was very big and had everything we needed, plus it was very clean. The pool is nice with the hottub and the Italian restaurant right above the hotel was also really good. Also lots of other nice restaurants (and a supermarket) walking distance if you don't mind the steep hill climb. Staff also friendly. Would recommend and would definitely come again!

The staff, property, views are what keep us coming back. We had a Junior Suite on the upper floor. The room is HUGE with fabulous views. Nice linens, comfortable furnishings make this a place you could easily stay for a long period of time. Cant wait to return. Highly recommended!

This place is great.. located atop the hill, overlooking the bay and away from the hustle and bustle makes this a real delight. The walk into town is a little long but worth the experience as you get to see more of the outskirts of town. Irma was a super lovely host, with great recommendations for local restaurant options and experiences. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean!

A beautiful boutique hotel above the Marina, well within walking distance but far enough away to get some quiet time. All the staff were nice and accommodating and the rooms themselves are large and well stocked. The views are fantastic from all around the property and the pool area is relaxed and wonderful to hang around in. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was huge and quiet. Very nice place. 15 -20 min walk to downtown. Steep hill but we were prepared for it.

The hotel has a great view over the city and is at walkable distance to center (20min). The staff is nice, the room was huge with a king size bed. I really liked the fact that there’s water fountains in the room. The swimming pool is heated, which is great for February month. We had a terrasse with a table and chairs and so had lunch and breakfast there. The WiFi was really fast too. As it was Valentine’s Day they gave us some cute biscuits in a heart shape!

Very nice boutique hotel. Only 6 rooms. very spacious and clean. the property is also quite nice too. easy 5-10 min drive to the Marina. Price also very good
