“An easy stay just 10 minutes walk from the marina”
Lots of space in the place. We found the staff to be wonderful, very helpful. Secure parking which is also great if you have a vehicle. Fresh drinking water on site, so no need to run to the store for more.

Rosendo & Jose are exceptional hosts! Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable firm beds, lots of hot water, superior quality pillows and towels, keyless entry, and spacious rooms. No problems.

“Nice place!”
We liked the location – far enough from Cabo "Disneyland" with its crazyness, but close to all good restaurants. This place had a good water pressure in the shower (very often in Mexico it might be a problem), comfortable bed and drinking water in the kitchen (so you don't have to buy plastic bottles). We enjoyed our stay!

A really nice place with very helpful, friendly staff - I'll definitely stay again. The suites have heaps of space and the communal area is very pleasant. The coffee machine, with coffee provided, was greatly appreciated. It's a 20 minute walk from downtown - convenient but also far enough to be away from the hustle. The staff are a particular plus point, especially for those of us whose Spanish is limited, as they speak very good English.

Location, cleanliness, newly renovated, friendly staff, beach towels cooler and umbrella was available to take to beach. Basic kitchen but perfect for the week. So many great places to eat, including the borroto truck across the street.
