To be honest “Everything”, from the communication with the owners. To the actual apartment - you couldn’t fault anything. Clean, modern, great position on the Strip. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Good location close to beach and amenities, hosts were good at communicating before arrival. Apartment was clean and well appointed with all you needed, pool area looked nice but not the right weather for us to use unfortunately.

Great location very central. Apartment was small but perfect for 2 with a balcony. Plenty of towels but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment which was off putting. Other than that I would recommend

Location, cleanliness and Internet

“Lovely apartment!”

Loved this apartment, had a lovely feel about it. Clean, bright, comfortable and nicely decorated/furnished. Had everything you could wish for. Instructions clearly displayed for things such as wifi code, tv apps and how to leave the apartment when leaving - all clear and concise. Double bed was comfortable (I have a back problem but the bed was fine). A welcome bottle of water and wine was in the fridge on arrival which was much appreciated. Other essentials such as some tea and coffee etc also available which was very welcome). Near to the beach. Anyone who has said it isnt is on another planet, its a 5-10min walk depending on which one you wish to visit. Calm apartment block, apartment door has good security, large balcony with sun beds, table and 4 chairs. Air con is easy to operate just takes a little while to kick in so be patient with it. Liked the apartment block swimming pool. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into this apartment which was really appreciated. Was sad to leave the apartment! (The next one in Cabo Roig wasn't a patch on this one!).

“Great Apartment”

The apartment is well furnished, probably the best equipped rental kitchen we have ever stayed in. All the extra touches were really appreciated, wine, water, cereal, etc. on arrival, added to this, there are beach towels, loungers, coolbag, etc. The apartment and pool area were very clean. Aircon and fans in the bedrooms and sitting area. Very close to the beaches, restaurants, and bars, but still, the area was quiet. Bart and Agnes were very responsive and friendly. Our flight was extremely delayed and did not arrive until very late despite this they were very accommodating. We will return.

It was bright , beautifully decorated and very homely .From the moment you arrive you feel welcomed - by everything and everyone from the support staff to the fresh clean smell when you enter the apartment. They have thought of everything that people on holiday might need and have supplied it and are very friendly and helpful .

Excellent location of apartment which was well appointed and had all that was needed for our weeks stay. Area was quiet and peaceful however beachs were very close to us and restaurants and bars also close to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was great close to all the night life of Cabo Roig but quite enough to get a good nights sleep. The apartment is very well equipped with all you could possibly need. Pool and pool area was nice and clean.
