Doubtless Bay Villas features views of amazing scenery and long stretches of beautiful beaches. The property is located in northern New Zealand, a 40-minute drive from Kerikeri. Free WiFi access is provided. All villas include chic décor, stylish furnishings and glass-enclosed terraces with uninterrupted views of Pacific Ocean. Each has a kitchenette or kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and a toaster. There is also a lounge area with a DVD player and cable TV. Beautifully appointed villa with fabulous views. Managers were away on a well earned break, however Mark phoned to ensure that all was going well and that we did not require anything, which was very good of him.

“Happy Travellers”
The position and the views were stunning. The room so comfy and beautifully clean. So great to be able to sit outside and enjoy a drink with such an amazing Vista infront. It was close to the beach and ideal position for a day trip to Cape Reinga. Our hosts were informative and gave us a very useful card on places to visit on our way up to the cape.

“Great stay in a great location”
We had a great stay! The apartment was beautiful and had the most amazing view of the see! Very clean and comfortable room which had everything we needed. Owner was very friendly and provided us with lots of information on the local area and day trips. We had great fun using the tennis courts, everything is provided, including body boards to use at the sand dunes and beach towels. Would highly recommend!

Our Star was just fantastisch in the Studio . Best view in a very convenient Environment. Very clean, excellence Design of the room - also the Outsider. Good recommendations from Mark concerning Trips and visits in the area. We will certainly come back of we are in the area

“Chilled out room with a view”
Great apartment- comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen & a fantastic view. It’s exactly as the photos show. Breakfast on the balcony is something special. Mark & Jane were great / lovely welcome / lots of helpful tips for what to do / prompt replies to any prior communication. & when we could t figure out the TV got it sorted.

Luxury Studio
Luxury Studio. All bookable Studios have unrestricted sea views. The studio features a kitchenette, Sky and/or Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom (with shower but no bath), and a patio with ocean views. Please note that there is no capacity for additional guests. The Studio kitchenette does not have an oven/stove-top. A small, portable gas BBQ is available to use near the tennis court (subject to availability). *To get to the Studio (inside the Villa), there is a flight of stairs with a handrail. Staff will assist with luggage when you check in. For most (but not all) Villas, there is also a flight of stairs outside from the road/parking area to the Villa entrance door. All Studios have a portable fan and heater (but no air-conditioning). Studios have free, unallocated, uncovered parking bay spaces near the Studios (10-30m depending on Studio allocation). The covered parking spaces outside the Studio are allocated to the upstairs Villa guests (but may be available for Studio guests to use if the Villa is not already booked during your stay. We will advise on check-in.
