The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully maintained, perfectly blending rustic charm with all the modern amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing fantastic local insights that made our trip even more memorable. We stayed in no. 33, a large 3 bedroom end of terrace house spread over 3 floors. The view from the 2nd and 3rd floor windows are spectacular, the rooms very comfortable and nicely furnished. Top floor is luxurious with 4 post super king bed, walk in wardrobe and a large modern en suite. We found the beds very comfortable. The house was super clean and they changed our bedding and towels after 4 days. The complex is tasteful, clean and elegantly landscaped. The pool was warm and it was a treat to swim with such a spectacular view of the mountains. We often had the pool to ourselves. Location was good for us and not too far from Potes and the places that we wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The combination of this wonderful house, the Portsmouth to Bilboa ferry (we allegedly saw 500 dolphins) and the wildlife and wilderness of the Picos Mountains, this has been one of our favourite holidays. We loved our stay here.

The area is absolutely beautiful and so is the pool. But the actual houses are horrific.

I really wish we stayed longer! The Viviendas El Covaju are such charming houses, beautifully nestled in the mountain, with amazing views. The perfect getaway to rest involved in nature.

Lovely peaceful location. Pool was lovely and warm. Nice place to stay , rustic feel . Reasonable size apartment.

The view from the apartment was wonderful. The location is great - only ten minutes to Potes by car. There was a small pool with sun loungers, barbeque area, and washing facilities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The staff were very friendly. Good value for money in high season in mid August.

Lovely relaxing and peaceful location in the hills outside Potes. Easy to reach nearly walks and towns. Beautiful area - lovely walks with super views. Took the Fuente de cable car and great hike down - not overly busy even though August and lovely weather. Potes a very pretty town. Great to come back to peaceful location and cool off on the pool.
