This property provides all you need for an amazing experience in the Colca Canyon. Clean accommodation, luggage storage (while trekking), lovely breakfast and a tour to Cruz del Condor (booked the night before, although I feel a bit overpriced), and very friendly - no worries - staff.

“Great place to stay!”

Great place to stay for a night before visiting Colca Canyon. We arrived a bit early and were happy to get our room right away. The room was spacious and very simple, but for one night it had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast on the rooftop was really nice, but most importantly the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

“Gorgeous hostal”

Beautiful hostel, comfortable rooms, hot shower and lovely breakfast on the terrace in the morning. The owner Manfred was a great host on all accounts - he has a tonne of information on the hikes, local area. He also does short tours out to the condor viewing point which was incredible. We left our large bags there while we did the hike and were able to shower on return before getting the bus back to Arequipa. Great hostel, highly recommend!

This is a great spot to stay for hike to the canyon. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable

“Lovely Stay”

Lovely place and great breakfast with the nicest family hosts.

We had a great stay at Paraiso Palmeras before starting our Colca Canyon hike. The room was clean, it had a hot shower and the breakfast was huge! Staff were super helpful - we were able to leave excess luggage at the hotel and they also offered an early morning tour to see the condors. Overall would recommend & it’s a great price.

Honestly loved this place sooo much!! With the nice little garden and the rooftop terrace where you could chill and have breakfast. Also the people working there are very friendly. After our 3 day Colca canyon trip we could have a shower here and breakfast. The rooms are very clean and also good bathroom with hot water.

Very nice owner. Great breakfast on the rooftop. The rooms are basic but very clean, especially the bathroom. We had hot water. There’s no heat but the beds are well equipped with blankets. There’s a very nice patio as well. I fully recommend.

“Nice place usually really good”

We stayed on our return from trekking in Colca Canyon. We had stayed here before our trek and everything was great. Unfortunately this time the shower pressure was non existent. The dribble of hot water was useless. The staff and owner who are lovely said there was a problem in town with supply, maybe so, but all the cold taps worked perfectly. Hopefully just an unfortunate once only situation.

“Perfect stay in Cabanaconde”

Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Such a nice lady running this beautiful place. Breakfast in the terrace at a time convenient for us. Definitely recommended to stay!

“Lovely courtyard hotel, good size room, good breakfast”

Comfortable bed, nice rooftop breakfast was good, room was warm and the shower hot and good. Owner nice, friendly, easy store our bags while we trekked.

Really nice hostel, sooo friendly and welcoming. Hot showers, good Blankets for the cold nights and a great breakfast. We got hot Tea in the evening for free. Perfect place to get ready for ya colca Canyon adventure :)

Super friendly host, excellent breakfast, lovely garden and clean and comfortable room. No problem to leave the big backpack at the hotel when doing a 3 day Colca Canyon trek.

“Friendly owners, spacious clean room with a modern feel”

A lovely little garden which led to the spacious room, lovely large comfy bed and the shower room was modern and a good size too. Had a decent breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning sunshine. Although we were there very briefly it seemed a great place. The owners were wonderful and very helpful, we also left our baggage with them while walking The Colca Canyon.

My partner and I had a great stay before our Colca Canyon hike. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was hot, the breakfast was delicious, the courtyard area was a lovely place to sit and relax. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our spare bags during our multi-day canyon hike. I would definitely stay again.
