“Clean and comfortable”

The room was kept clean and tidy every day, breakfast was served very fast and was good! Located right next to a small park for a small walk/exercise in the morning!

Staff were lovely and accommodating for a last minute booking, clean facilities right in the city centre. Really enjoyed our complimentary ca phe sua da and hu tieu for breakfast on the roof top overlooking the city.

I've travelled a lot and stayed at a lot of different hotels and motels in different countries. However, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I did not feel welcomed by staff from the start, with the valet sitting and watching as we dragged luggage up the stairs. When we got to the room, there was dirt and yellow stains all over the pillows and sheets. The bathrooms were moldy and flooded every time we showered. There was no hot water until we got someone in to fix it and even then, the water jumped between burning hot and cold several times during the shower. It didn't feel sanitary. The free wifi didn't work most of the time. It was almost impossible to get to sleep at night for the two nights I was staying there. Both nights around midnight, it sounded like someone was moving furniture and there was a lot of yelling in the corridor which lasted for hours. Horrible stay, didn't match the hotel description. Definitely do not recommend.
