Location brilliant. Modest but very clean. Good prices. No breakfast option but plenty of places close by. Walk to beach and shops is ideal. Surprisingly quiet!

From the first call from Andy to the checkout it all went smoothly. I actually had 2 stays and asked for the same room (18) when I checked out the first time and the room was ready when I arrived.

The location is fantastic, the property has it's own beach access and is just a short walk to the Town Centre. I wasn't expecting anything special with the room as it wasn't that expensive but I was actually pleasantly surprised with how big the room was.
