Set 100 metres from Main Beach in Byron Bay's town centre, The Surf House offers premium accommodation and a rooftop bar. The place fully met my expectations. It was clean, in an excellent location, and with a spacious kitchen, a rooftop bar, a sauna, and free surfboards. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Even though it’s a hostel mainly frequented by young backpackers, it’s quiet at night.

The location is right in the heart of Byron Bay, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and cafés. The room was amazing and comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Byron Bay.

Location was 10/10. Felt quite expensive for what it was. Beds were pretty hard and not super comfy, and it was quite noisy. The kitchen was huge and great for cooking in. Loved the sauna too!

The facilities were amazing, we had access to surfboards, sauna and ice bath, car park and common areas such as the rooftop bar, kitchen and lounges. Bedroom was clean and perfect for a couple nor group of friends!
