Nestled in the beauty of Byron Bay, we have created a boutique accommodation that invites you to take pause, surrender and exhale. Escape the busyness of your day-to-day life and the environmental stressors that diminish your wellbeing. When considering taking a break or holiday, we often focus on the need to rest and relax in beautiful surroundings but how often does one consider how that environment can enhance our health? At The Health Lodge, your health and wellbeing are our inspiration and purpose, and we have infused this vision into our reimagined luxury accommodation. We have considered every element in the design, construction and furnishing process, to create a holistic and health conscious space. Each room is furnished with a queen bed and all the essentials to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay. The property also hosts an Integrative Medical Centre and The Byron Bathhouse, where you can enhance your stay with exceptional health and medical services, combined with deep relaxation and restoration at the bathhouse. The Health Lodge is located 1 km from both Arakwal National Park and Tallows Beach. Cape Byron Lighthouse is 2.8 km away. Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 20 km away.

Nice, modern and relaxing - perfect for some downtime but still close enough to walk to Byron Bay. Nice, quiet communal space with kitchen. Super comfy bed!!

“Beautiful property”
Such a lovely stay, the room has been beautifully decorated. The bathroom is one of the prettiest I have ever seen. The bed was so comfortable and it was so quiet and clam.

“An oasis of calm near the beach fun of Byron Bay!”
Wonderfully calm and beautifully designed. The staff are fantastic - helpful, friendly, welcoming. Our room was really spacious and styled - we loved it. Very comfortable bed and everything is organic. Wished we could have stayed longer! The spa facilities are a lovely bonus, as is the garden. The General Store a few mins away is a must for breakfast!

“A calm and beautiful place”
It was a health place with special mineral pools, spas etc and medical people on staff. It had delightful gardens and a kitchen for communal use.

Dishwasher had mouldy dishes and cutlery in it and rubbish in the bins which had obviously not been cleaned so that put a damper on the weekend
