Property was amazing, well located, short dander in to the town.

We liked the location, near to town and a quick walk across to the beach too. We enjoyed using the outdoor dining, sitting area with a great barbeque. We also loved the outdoor pool.

Lovely spacious beach house with large BBQ outdoor area. Really enjoyed our stay here with a group of friends over the Christmas holiday period. Arrived to complementary bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Large garage for parking, also large eskys in the garage which were very useful for keeping the beers cool Great location less than 10 minute walk to the main area of town and beach

The position of the property the layout of the property was exceptional. We were a family group that had plenty of room to share and also to quietly tuck yourself away should you need your own space to read or require quiet time. The swimming pool and outdoor area was inviting, perfect for a dip after swim at Belongil Beach. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious as well as a private outdoor shower adjoining a bedroom ensuite was a bonus. Will invite more family and x2 villas on our next booking. Definately coming back.

The house is spacious and very nice and very tidy and pet friendly. The pet friendly part of the accommodation limited to the ground floor only. All facilities are there including wifi. Dish washer. Washing machines. A Dryer. Plates. Cutlery. Coffee machine. All bathroom amenities etc etc..everything is equipped for a high standard comfortable everyday living.

Close to Byron and the dog beach! Really nice facilities.

Location was very close to town, we walked in most days and also close to beach. Property was pet friendly, and we had some issues but start fixed everything immediately

Excellent location, really responsive management, great layout for families, great amenities, pool water was perfect temperature. Everything was really well- considered. Easy walk into town, even easier walk to beach. Already booked again for next summer.
