Elisa and her team were extremely helpful in looking after our every need. We had the place to ourselves, including the pool! There was a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooker—excellent AC for the hot days and nights. Excellent shower. Good quality toiletries and towels were provided.

It was great to be within walking distance of the beach, and the villas are very peaceful and calm. The finishes in the buildings are of very high standards. I appreciated the air-conditioning, the cleanliness and especially the well equipped kitchen. The mattresses and bedding are superb.

“Paradise on Earth”
It was an amazing experience. Only 3 apartements, so plenty of room in the huge Swimming pool for everyone. Great location, truly 1 min. from the beach away. Area is quiet, but very close to the more lively Paje even on foot. We liked the high quality of the bed and mattresses as well as the super equipped! I would suggest the place to everyone!

“wonderful stay in Zanzibar!”
Very nice brand new apartments with a nice garden an awesome huge swimming pool. Lots of details everywhere, high quality materials and all that is needed for a super comfortable stay. Literally 1 minute walk from the stunning beach (can be seen from the roof). Quiet yet close to everything you need. Perfect for family with kids ,you have all the comfort! Loved the design of the furniture! Super friendly and helpful staff and the owners gave us the best recommendation to enjoy the island and they organized for us the best excursions. we had an amazing stay and we fell in love with Zanzibar! thanks Mkunguni Villas we already looking forward to be back!

“Great new place!”
This place is great! It is supernew and it looks fresh and clean. Everything you need is there! A kitchen, great bathroom, bedrooms, terrace, pool! I loved it. You can see the owner put a lot of time and attention into building this, with the sliding doors and furniture made of beautiful wood!
