The room was very beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel facilities are also very well maintained, and the location is excellent. What I especially appreciated was the professionalism and kindness of the management. I had an issue during my stay that was disturbing for me, even though it was not directly the hotel’s fault. Nevertheless, the management handled the situation very professionally and found a fair and satisfactory solution without any discussion, which I genuinely appreciated as a guest. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back to this hotel.

The property is beautiful with a nice view - everything is given to have some relaxing and luxurious holidays. Surrounding is easy accessible with great restaurants and activities. Rooms are nicely designed and pretty - depending which room you get.

Really nice hotel with great areas to chill! There is one warm and one cold pool which was very handy and there was a huge selection at breakfast which was always a highlight. The position was perfect to explore the surroundings, too.

Really exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everything was very smooth. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is just amazing snd peaceful. I think one of the most convenient locations in Buzios. Super close to shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant has a great view and the food is delicious. Breakfast was superb. Loads of variety. We got a premium suite half of our stay and the master suite the other half. Both rooms were amazing. Definitely worth the money. Lohan from front desk made our stay even more special. He was very nice and proactive. He made us feel home from the first second. So thanks to him we enjoyed Buzios even more.

My wife and I come to this place for a couple decades now and it[s always beyond our expectation. Best location in town, great breakfast, upgraded restaurant and the master suite is one of a kind.

Great location close to the centre of the resort with many shops bars and restaurants close by. The layout and decoration are stylish and the staff very helpful. The sunset view from room 12 balcony is very special. Breakfast is nicely presented and varied.

We absolutely loved everything about Vila d’este! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. It really made our stay special. The rooms and hotel are spotless and perfectly styled. We stayed in the Exclusive Suite with the spa, and it was absolutely worth booking. The breakfast is also a big highlight with delicious food, one of the best if not the best selection we have had in a hotel. Vila deste also has its own private stairs that lead straight to the main center of Búzios, so everything is within walking distance. There is no need to hire a car. If you are looking for a place to stay in Búzios, I would choose Vila d’este every single time. My Husband and I will definitely be back.
