The location is perfect. You can get to all the great restaurants/ beaches/ attractions in 10 minutes. The breakfast is super fresh and organic, the owner told me she doesn’t like fruits with pesticides. Everyone that works here is super friendly and welcoming and so happy to have you here. The place is clean and well maintained

The views from the pool, deck and our room is the best. We loved staying here with the amazing Katia and family. We felt like family and had such an amazing time. The beaches nearby are the best in the area. We just loved Buzios and all it has to offer. Uber to restaurants, we loved the view, the host and the beaches make this the best holiday.

Everything! Location is amazing, and the it feels like you are staying at a friend’s villa. The owners are really taking care of the guests and the whole place with their whole heart and knowledge.

Amazing breakfast, amazing stuff, great views. We had the apartment room which is absolutely magical and offers beautiful intimacy and privacy. The breakfast by the decks were amazing. It was during the low season so there was just one other couple within the premises so it was a very beautiful and quiet stay. The staff were all absolutely lovely and super attentive. We felt very well looked after and cared for highly recommend staying at this place.

Great location, the view and the room (we opted for studio). Beach is literally in 5 mins walking distance. Very friendly stuff and the owner, hospitality at the highest level. Book without hesitation, it’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy the area.

I would stay here again if we ever go back to Buzios! The views from the hotel was AMAZING! The service, staff and the breakfast was such a nice spread! The hotel was quiet and it felt like it was all ours. I even had the pool to myself :). We absolutely loved it!

Tiny room but very comfortable. It has everything you need. One million dollars ocean view from the room and the pool. Great people, always available to help if needed. Amazing breakfast "a la carte" you choose the day before everything you would like to eat and the time. Then when you wake up you just go by the pool enjoying the great breakfast admiring the view.

The location is very calm. No traffic or party noises. We had the room with the bathtub. The extra room is very cool. A lot of plants, a swing and the bathtub with sea view. All, the room, pool and so on looks completely new, no defects or something like that. And we love the special room scent. All in all a perfect time. And yes, breakfast is not a buffet breakfast but you can choose what you want a day before and we have eaten every day too much.
