“Wonderful relaxed stay”
Greco is a lovely hillside hotel with stunning sea views. We had a really lovely stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and on the ball with every request. Breakfast was exceptional: delicious, varied, offering vegetarian and vegan options, something that isn’t a given in Brazil. The restaurant impressed too, with delicious drinks and meals and some plant-based choices. Being uphill means a steep driveway and plenty of stairs. Perfect if you like short 10–40 minute walks to beaches through gorgeous scenery—we loved it. Otherwise there are always busses or Uber.

The hotel is beautiful, and I loved the charming Greek style. The stairs didn’t bother me as mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing, plenty of variety and a stunning view. We didn’t use the facilities, but everything looked well maintained.

“One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed”
The hotel is really pretty and super close to the beach. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is good and has lots of choice. There is a pool, they give you towels. Our stay was great. They even gave us a little cake as we were celebrating our anniversary, that was so sweet of them!

“Great location, attentive staff, good food!”
The Greco Hotel in Búzios offers a great location, just 2 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to the town center, providing a peaceful stay while still being close to everything. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean, though the bathroom could benefit from a slight refresh. The breakfast is generous, varied, and tasty, and the restaurant serves excellent dishes as well. However, I was a bit surprised to see a 10% service charge (optional but still appear on the final bill) applied to the total bill (room + consumption), making the tip higher than our two meals combined. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive.

The whole area of the lobby / dining room / swimming pool / lounge is worth the booking. The view is amazing too. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, good shower, comfy bed.
