The location is excellent, the house is comfortable and very interestingly decorated. The key pickup/access was simple and easy, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It was also very nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the outdoor area.

Very special location in teh old abandoned Istrian village by teh small river with waterfals. A lot of oportunities for countriside hiking, abeit spring and autumn might be better choice for that kind of activities. Premise is nicely and tastely restored old village house.

Accommodation is quite difficult to find as the internet signal is lost and navigation doesn't work. The phone doesn't work either, the lines were dead so it was not possible to call the owner. Upon arrival, the wifi does not function at all. The password is correct, but the internet is not working. The house is not at all like in the pictures. The house has no yard, only meadows that are public land, the house does not have a private pool as stated in the advertisement, the pool is shared and is used by 8 houses (I think) and is located in another yard. there are no two pools as describer in the add. Dogs are not allowed anywhere except in the house, and the hair from another dog that was in the house welcomed us on the beds. Right at the entrance to the house is the refrigerator. It literally looks like it was broken and the owner prepared it for disposal as bulk waste. The bathrooms have exposed electrical wiring. The house is 3+1, but the third bed is completely unusable. We were welcomed by an unfurnished bed, the bedding was prepared, but due to the high humidity in the house, it was completely moldy. And the bed is on the ground floor, next to that refrigerator at the entrance, completely separated from the bedrooms that are upstairs. The mattress on that bed is burnt, it is covered with a blanket full of hair from all the dogs that have ever stayed in the house. The worst part of it all is that the owner, after I barely managed to call him due to the lack of signal, did not want to hear at all why I was calling. He kept shouting that we rented a 3+1 house and that everything is visible in the pictures.

We knew in advance that the phone network and WiFi are poor and that is just what we needed. The restaurant in the surrounding towns are great. If you plan to eat at home stock up before coming to the house. The nearest grocery store is 15 minutes away by car. If you are looking for a nice time offline and nice walks in nature I would highly recommend this location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming house in Kotli! The place is incredibly sweet and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The barbecue and pool area were fantastic, and we loved spending our afternoons there, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It’s such a relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The owners were extremely nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely want to come back again to refresh our minds and load our batteries someday.

It was in a good location for sightseeing, not too far from coast on either side, many hilltop villages and pretty scenery. It was clean and generally well appointed. Pool was clean and had a great view.

We had everything we needed, clean comfortable accommodation, with a fantastic pool and BBQ area, all within a short walk of a konoba with delicious food and a great view of the waterfall (there was still water in early July). Make sure to stock up on groceries before you arrive. Perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with a group of friends.
