1- The breakfast was very low quality and not tasty at all. There was no cappuccino in the restaurant. There was no introduction on the food. 2- During check-in and check-out, there was no worker to carry your luggage, so I carried it myself. 3-There was no kettle in the room, the fridge was empty. I think the hotel is two stars, not five stars.

“Overpriced for the service you receive.”
Staff seemed nice and tried to be helpful, but just didn't have any resources for this. Cleaning ladies were trying their best,but I guess the nature of people who were staying at this hotel was hard to deal with.

It looks like a destination in paradise, very rare to find hotel with beachfront in a 16 million people megacity like Istanbul is, an indoor activities including swimming pools,jakuzzi next to it, and jakuzzi inside room is for every recommendation. Been here 6 time in 2 years, always leave with a smile on my face
