Staff are not so helpful.the staff in the restaurant they didn't attend to the guest but instead they continue to clean the table even though there aren't guest waiting for it. And also there are flies hovering around the tables just outside the lime and jest restaurant. Maybe you need to place some repellant plants 🪴 around ?

What I like most are the staff, most specifically Kayla (receptionist). They are welcoming, warm and they greeted us everytime they saw us. They also made sure our needs were attended every single time. They were prompt, concise, & fast even when we requested it in the middle of the night. I also liked the breakfast buffet. Although, the actual restaurant was currently under renovation, the food — taste, variety, & options made up for it. I felt safe staying at Watergate Hotel. The door to our room is secured and there was a safe inside where we were able to store our valuables.

“Great hotel good food”
We had a poolside room service was great and room was clean and serviced everyday and exceeded my expectations the only thing that I don't like is that you have to go through the eating area to access the rooms and table room is very limited and every one is looking at you eating while using the pool kind of need a half wall going around the hole pool so it separates the eating area from people swimming I would not recommend a room on the bottom floor near the pool second floor or back of the hotel back rooms water was hot would stay again it nice place clean staff were very help full easy check in check out house keeping were excellent
