We had the whole house for ourselves, which was very convenient, the owner especially Randy is very kind, handy and helpful, a sweet heart. They tried their best to make you feel comfortable. The place is not like a resort, but more of a local experience of living which is nice if you're into it ☺️

“Very affordable quiet room in Butuan”
Its not fancy but great value for a quiet room with A/C and WiFi in living room/kitchen. Location a little difficult to find but right in heart of Butuan and close to mall/bus station Caretaker/host very friendly and helpful

It's in a quiet neighborhood and the size of the room is decent. It was comfortable considering the cheap price. Overall, it was a good stay.
