The location of this condominium suits me well because it offers easy access to essential amenities.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this unit. The experience was far below expectations, especially considering we paid almost RM260 for the room. When we entered the unit, there was an unpleasant smell. The air conditioners appeared old and were not functioning properly. Even after running them for hours, the room never became cool, and we ended up sweating throughout the night. The cleanliness was also unsatisfactory. The floor felt sticky, as though it had not been cleaned properly. The toilet had a bad smell, making the stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the water heater was not working at all, forcing us to take cold showers. Overall, the condition of the room did not match the price paid. We expected a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately received the opposite. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the units.

The homestay not in good condition, air conditioning not working properly, bedroom and mattress so smelly, entire house smelly, socket got electric leakage, bathroom not clean. Already informed owner, didn't respond properly and didn't take necessary action for solve this problem. We paid around RM700 for this homestay, and we are quite disappointed with the condition of the unit. Two of the rooms do not have ceiling fans, and the air conditioners are not functioning properly. We checked in at around 3:30 PM, but the rooms are still very hot and uncomfortable. In one of the rooms, the iron is faulty. It gave an electric shock when plugged in and does not work at all. The table fan provided is also damaged and has very weak speed. We have only been here for a short time, yet we are already facing multiple issues. We understand that the accommodation may be budget-friendly, but since we have paid for it, we expect the facilities to be in proper working condition and worth the amount charged. We would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved today. As customers, we hope to receive assistance and a prompt response regarding these issues. If these concerns continue to be ignored or if we do not receive any response, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the management. Thank you.
