Large room, comfortable beds. Not far from the ferry port (easy to get a grab there). Great AC and big ceiling fan.

“Only if basic is what you are used to”
The location is close to restaurants, but you will need a Grab or bike to get around as there are dogs and it gets very hot. The staff are friendly and even drove me to a café.

The room and bathroom were clean.. Quiet environment.. Parking provided.. Gated.. The aunty in the front desk was so nice.. Helpful.. Even the workers.. All of them were polite..

Big rooms. Van and AC. Clean. Not far from Bus terminal and Center of Butterworth. Good service - owner/staff informs you about things to do and good restaurants.

It’s a little out of the way and the access road can be scary at night for young travellers.
