Why this hotel is still in Booking.com. I had very bad experience here...my booking was cancelled without any explanation. When I wanted to check in..I was told booking was cancelled. 4 hours waited with 30+ people in the bus. Called CS but no proper explanation and solutions. Finally I have to find new place for my friends after go through very bad experience with CS and CP hotel. I got my refund but what about compensation for last minutes cancellation and no solutions from CS.

The owner is so rude. Kalau tak pandai cakap melayu properly just go to China la. You have to serve who's come first. First come first serve. There's nothing good with this hotel.

“Hell !!”
Its hell,smelly,bedsheet iyeewwww..can’t sleep with the smell-we checked out at 3am coz its just yihhhhhhh..for rm130 its just nonsence.the only reason we stay there was we arrived late evening(last min plan)on school holiday..and no other place available.so Please think twice before u choose this place…
