Well appointed, spacious apartment. I used the washing machine. If I had wanted to cook, or eat dinner in the apartment, there were plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils provided along with pots. There were ceiling fans as well as air conditioning units in each room. Everything worked quietly and well. Mevin Ang takes great care to make sure everything is well communicated via WhatsApp. It was, by far, the best communication I’ve ever jad with someone to make sure I knew what to for the check-in and check-out process. There is a 24hour nasi kandar restaurant on the street opposite the entrance to the apartments. I ate dinner and 6.30am breakfast there. Staff were friendly.

The Apartment had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Coffee. Shampoo and body wash etc. It is roomy and has a balcony. There is a supermarket across the road (bought some wine) ,and great little Indian restaurant next door.

Bathroom and toilet facilities not adequate for a 2 bedrooms unit. Bathroom area is always wet due to lack of partitioning.

I loved this place so much as it is very quiet and peaceful. My kids loved to swims everyday until 10pm at the swimming pool. The location also is very near to a supermarket and restaurants, make it very convenient and easy. There is also a washing machine so we don’t need to find a laundry outside. And the unit is very huge and spacious

Everything is perfect, from the host to the residential unit. The house is very spacious, suitable for 7 people. My trip was with 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The house is nice and feels so welcome. The decorations make u feel like home. The house is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The host provides the toiletries and there's a washing machine for your convenience. The kitchen is also equipped with plates and cutleries. I didn't try the iron , so I don't know if it works well. The house also comes with a designated parking lot for your unit and the best part is it is really near to access the lift. The check in and check out process was very smooth. it's called a self check in service. All the process will be instructed by the host after booking confirmation. There is also a swimming pool in level 8. Your kids can enjoy their day there. The pool is good for toddlers and not to depth. Everything is good and really worth your money. It's also easy for the food hunt, nasi kandar subaidah is just 5 minutes walk and you can find more if u go by car at Bagan or Seberang Jaya.
