“Villa Mani – Where Comfort Meets Istrian Charm All Year Around”

I visited Villa Mani last week with my wife and six friends. We spent our time exploring local wineries, restaurants, and the sausage festival in Sveti Petar u Šumi (Međunarodni sajam „S klobasicom u EU“). Villa Mani is located in the peaceful Paradis Villas resort. This spacious house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso - coffee for every taste! ☕), and generous living spaces with garden and outdoor areas, ideal for families and friends seeking a quiet, relaxing stay. The villa is extremely comfortable and even better than the photos suggest. We enjoyed private time separately while also sharing meals and outings together. The villa is generally very well equipped, making the stay convenient and enjoyable. What sets Villa Mani apart is its central heating and heated outdoor pool, making it inviting throughout the year. Whether you’re planning a spring getaway (like we did), a winter break, or an autumn escape, you can enjoy the pool and the home in all seasons, while exploring everything Istria has to offer. The outdoor area includes a private pool, barbecue, terrace, and a lovely garden with olive trees and greenery, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Shared facilities include a tennis court and a half basketball court. Free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and private parking are all included. The hosts are very friendly and gave us a few great recommendations for places to visit, eat, and drink. The house is easily accessible with a door code. The location offers a tranquil retreat while still being within easy driving distance of local highlights. It really puts the whole of Istria in the palm of your hand. We particularly enjoyed cozy walks, rich history, plenty of wineries, and a vibrant gastronomy scene to explore. Overall, we highly rate Villa Mani for its comfort, quality, and versatility. Our next holiday here is already booked.

We had a short but sweet holiday at Villa Mani, even though it was spring-time. I highly recommend booking this villa, as you will not be disappointed. It looks just as good as the pictures, if not better! The kitchen is equipped with a bunch of amenities, such as a popcorn maker and an ice machine. Additionally, the host provided laundry detergent and mosquito plug-ins, which was a nice add-on. There are many beautiful places to visit within a 15-minute drive from the villa. Overall, I definitely recommend Villa Mani for a cozy holiday experience.

Very well equipped, ideal for big families or groups. The staff is very helpful. The sea side and cities (Pola, Rovinj) is 20-30 minutes drive.
