What a delight it was to stay at the CAMERE ZIMMER ROOMS SAN FRANCESCO. The owner lovely Rita and her husband Georgio, who is also lovely, were both so helpful and we muddled through the language barrier😂. They both couldn’t of been more helpful, with places to eat, bars to drink at and the lovely Georgio also drove us to a wedding venue near by and also to the Lucca as the bus wasn’t running, thank you. This little hotel is a delight, we had a quad room with an upstairs with two single beds, but we didn’t use this. The room had plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. There is an air conditioning unit, but we didn’t need to use it. Bathroom was a good size and a super strong shower and a hairdryer which worked really well. Breakfast was not offered here, but there is a room and outside terrace were you can make a hotel drink. There is a fridge which you can use as well, but this wasn’t in the bedroom. We just loved this small hotel and was made to feel so welcome. There is a cafe next door run by Claudia who was also just so lovely. She served a great coffee and some delicious cakes and savoury bites. She made us feel to welcome with her greeting to us whatever time of day.

When you visit the Pisa, Gardesee area, you must stay here. Rita is an incredibly dedicated host—welcoming, enthusiastic, and friendly. She prepares delicious homemade breakfasts that taste just like grandma's cooking. You must experience staying and dining with Rita at least once. It’s a charming place, perfect for a healing vacation. This location is truly gentle and peaceful. And here is a tip for you, you should buy or ask Rita about the traditional buscuit here. Because I bought one at the airport, and it is not delicious as the biscuts that i have enjoyed at Rita‘s homestay.

The bed and breakfast was great for our 3 night stay to attend a wedding in the area. The room was comfortably sized, the breakfast freshly made by Rita and her husband was wonderful and it is located in a quiet idyllic area.

A great b&b right in the centre of lovely Buti. The property has a sweet terrace to have breakfast on in the morning (which is delicious) and Rita is the perfect host! An array of fresh breakfast of was made everyday and Rita had great suggestions of where to go in town. She also offers taxi services around the area. You have your own set of keys so you ca. Come and go as you please which means you don’t worry about nothing others. There are restaurants, a couple of shops, and some pretty walks right on your doorstep.

The location was good, a great starting point for sightseeing. It was the quiet and safe neighbourhood. Room was big enough and very clean. Rita was very kind and helpful person. We felt very well being her guest.

Rita and her husband have a true sense of hospitality. Everything at San Francesco is done to make you feel great. Breakfast especially is a treat, everything homemade by Rita's husband, from focaccia to torta di miele. It is really home away from home. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Very nice place in a typical Italian town. Rooms are well equipped and big enough for a family. The homemade breakfast is amazing. Rita is available for any question and ready to make you discover the place !

“Charming and cozy”

It is a small property in the heart of Buti, walking distance from the main square and just next to a nice bakery. During my stay, cleaning was done on a daily base, and the host would arrange breakfast on the terrace with pastries freshly baked by her husband. Rooms are well equipped with AC and mosquito nets and very quiet at night. Very recommended as a base for exploring the Tuscan surroundings!

Rita is the best host who makes you feel at home and at the same time gives you an opportunity to sense Italian tradition and culture. We had a cozy room with and home-made breakfast was delicious! B&B San Francesco has a perfect location to explore Toscana region, just an hour drive from Florence, 30 min from Piza, Lucca and 1h30min from Siena. In Butti there are a lot of restaurants where you can taste traditional Italian food. The wifi was not always stable there but as we were on holidays, we used this opportunity to really enjoy the Toscany experience and we had an unforgettable time!

Our accomodation in Bed and Breakfast San Francesco was very good. The room was big enough for our family, 4 persons. The room was very clean and cosy. Rita and her husband are very nice, kind and helpfull. The breakfast was delicious, especially the home made products made by Rita's husband. We are highly recomanding Bed and Breakfast San Francesco.
