“Beautiful acommodation, incredible hosts, and a truly memorable experience.”
Appartamento Valle Verde in Buti was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Gino greeted us in the square and introduced us to Maria and made us feel at home. To our delight, a complimentary bottle of wine was already on the table. Such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The apartment itself is charming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail shows care and thoughtfulness, making it feel like a true home away from home. If bringing a car, don’t worry about parking! We had no trouble finding a spot at any time. The place also felt incredibly safe, which made coming back late at night after attending a welcome party and wedding during our stay completely stress-free. I truly loved our stay here! This is definitely one of my favorite accommodations so far! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return.

Wonderful, historical palace close to cafe’s & restaurants. The owners are incredibly helpful & welcoming. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. A very special place to stay.

Genuine Tuscany experience in a villa dated from 1680!Many rooms and places to explore.The village of Buti is very friendly with good cafe and trattoria just outside the door.Gino is the man to ask for the history of the place and a very friendly guy.Keep in mind that the house is not the average,modern appartment.Parking is free and is just a few steps away in a local parking space for all in the area.No supermarket,plan ahead for that.Garibaldi cafe has delicius breakfast.Recommended!

“Amazing position, very clean and Mountain View”
We really enjoyed the stay in Appartamento Valle Verde, the apartment is very central and there are a lot of restaurants and shop nearby. With the car it’s only 30 minutes from Pisa and Lucca. The view on the mountains is amazing. The apartment itself is very big, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is well furnished and everything was very clean. The hosts, Maria and Gino were very welcoming and always available.

Additionally, the apartment offers easy access for day trips to Cinque Terre and Pisa, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect for families and friends, the apartment is well-equipped with multiple facilities, including several bathrooms and a washing machine. A highlight is the roof terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views of the picturesque and historic town of Buti. Steeped in history, the apartment is an ideal choice for those interested in exploring historical Italian towns. The hosts, Gino and Maria, provided exceptional hospitality and care throughout our stay, making our visit warm and memorable.

“Lovely Tuscan home”
Wonderfull decoreted tuscan home. Very well equipped. Near caffes, restaurants, little shop. 2 bath, 3 toalettes. Gino and Maria are very nice hosts.
