The beach cottages on Ocam Ocam beach are the perfect place for everyone looking for a local experience, away from the tourist crowds. The cottage is very basic, however it is clean which is all you need considering the beach location and ocean view. Grace the owner and her family are very friendly and also cooked dinner for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

“Genuine place and warm people”

We spent only 2 nights in Ocam Ocam and the only regret was not to stay longer. The owner and the people of the village are so welcoming! Indeed, if you're looking for luxurious resorts, go on your way. However, if meeting with local people, and genuine experience in Philippines, Seafront cottage is perfect. It is a very relaxing place with simplicity.

The dorm was basic but clean. Beautiful surrounds, just a couple of meters from the beach: you can hear the waves when you're about to go sleep! Also a mosquitonet is available.

Ocam Ocam beach is Paradise itself. It's not full of tourists. Excellent for relaxing and recharging. The sunsets are amazing. A real village environment. You live with nice local people, but your cottage is separate. The accommodation is perfect in its simplicity. Marygrace, the host is very kind. She works a lot for her family and to make the guests feel good. She cooks excellently. The restaurant is 100 meters away, but you don't have to go there, because you get every meal and drinks cheaper here. I asked for fish for dinner. The hosts went fishing with a boat and after 2 hours the food from the freshly caught fish was on my table. I have never eaten such a delicious red tuna steak in my life. I was there for 3 days, it would have been nice to have more. Thanks for everything!

The staff is very friendly and communicative. An exclusive and unusual place. A simple, comfortable place. I had a good experience. I hope to come back to the Philippines again and visit this place.

Breath taking view, long beach with amazing sunset few ( really few) steps from house. Tasty restaurant in 50- 100 meters with local food and good prices. Kind People, helpfull when we need them ( hole in tyre- in sunday) it was worth to drive from Coron city long way to have rally tradicional place i the middle of jungle, you can borrow a cayak, reserve a trip or Just chill.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of the stay at Ocam Ocam. It was a real cultural experience. Grace and her husband and other family members took care of us and cooked us 3 meals/day for very reasonable cost. My kids had wonderful time playing with the local kids from the village. They all play with each other on the beach.

Amazing location. Great spot to spend a few days away from the busy Coron town. You will find peace, amazing sunsets and great food from the restaurant close by. Real local vibes. We wish we stayed longer!
