“Incredible! We didn’t want to leave”

We had the most amazing stay, and had the whole place to ourselves. Relaxing by the pool was a highlight! Orange juice on arrival was a lovely touch. Restaurant attached with really good food and reasonable prices (they even made us some boiled eggs and pineapple juice to take to the airport as we were missing breakfast for our early flight). The view from our room was spectacular, perfect position to watch the sunset! The staff were lovely and very helpful in organising a driver for us to get to the airport early. They also offer free transport from the accomodation down to ocam-ocam beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, shower pressure was great and bathrooms were clean! Definitely regret not staying an extra day just to unwind and relax!

Amazing accommodation surrounded by nature. Sea view right from the cottage, you can admire the sunset. Peace and quiet everywhere. Ocam Ocam beach is easily accessible, you can arrange a boat trip to Black Island. The rooms are simple but clean and fully adequate. Nice pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ocam Ocam Azur Inn and would return without hesitation. What makes this place so special are Rachel and Mar Mar. Their kindness, personal care, and genuine warmth go far beyond anything you would normally expect. They look after their guests with so much attention and heart that you never feel you’re missing anything — quite the opposite, you feel deeply cared for. The hotel is beautifully and quietly located on a hill, surrounded by jungle, with breathtaking sea views on three sides. The sunsets are absolutely stunning. From our terrace, we even watched a monkey moving through the trees — an unforgettable moment. The beach is about a 15-minute walk downhill; the way back takes a bit longer due to some steep sections. Alternatively, Mar Mar is happy to give you a ride on his tricycle, which is both convenient and fun. Rachel is an excellent cook and prepares everything fresh — the food was consistently delicious and made with great care. The rooms are simple and rather spartan, but very tastefully and artistically designed, which fits perfectly with the natural surroundings and relaxed atmosphere.

For the breakfast you can choose out of four different offers. There is a poolbar and restaurant with great availability offering some drings and food for lunch and dinner. Great views from the cottage. Starlink Internet. Nice staff always available.

“A place where have relax and wonderful views”

We stayed in this amazing little resort set in an immaculate portion of the rain forest. You can rent at a reasonable price a wooded cottage. We had a triple vacancy although we were a party of 2. The room is basic but cozy and tipycally made with local fabrics. The gem there is the patio with an amazing view of the forest and the ocean. From there you can stare at the sunset and it is breathless. The terrace is the heart of the resort because all the activities take place there. Guests can have their breakfast but also lunch and dinner. The selection of the food is a bit poor because during our stay ( 14 nights ) many times our dinner picks were not available. We spoke with the local manager Eric about this lack and he was very helpful and provided us organic food for our breakfast and more selection for our meals at night. In general all teh staff is very attentive and ready to help you if you are in trouble or you simply needs good tips for visiting the island or reserve an excursion. We high recommend this place if you are looking for something far from the chaotic habits of the big cities and if you like to melt your soul with mother nature. We advice to enhance the menù for breakfast including fresh fruits or sweeties such as: pancakes and similar. A special thanks to Mr Eric and his precious staff

“Peaceful gem”

If you want to get away from the maddening crowds that is El Nido, or even Coron, this is the perfect place to be. Hidden away on a hill overlooking the sea, here you’ll find a peaceful place where you can truly enjoy the beauty that is the Philippines. Make sure you do a tour to see the dugongs and the school of fish that’s just in front of Black Island!

Great view in a nice remote village and beach next to the ocean. The staff is very friendly and does everything they can to make your holiday unforgettable. They did my laundry (small costs) and the meals were delicious. Nice hut with privacy shower/bathroom. It is nice to have a pool nearby and relaxing.

Amazing view from the mountain across the bay. Close to the beach if you have a motorcycle (5min) but they also arrange transport if you need it. Really calm athmosphere, clean, fresh, beautiful. Super nice staff. Loved the banana shake with milk especially. And the beach has incredible snorkelling and barely any tourists on top of it all. Great value for money.

Everything

The location was just amazing. If you're looking for peace and quiet with a nice view this is definitely the place for you. It's a remote place in nature so expect some bugs and wildlife around. We didn't mind but it's not for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful, food was delicious and portion sizes were good. Prices also seemed fair. Check-in and check-out was smooth and they're very flexible on the times. Just let them know if you have special requests.

“Excellent hospitality and very relaxing”

We stayed at Azur Inn for three nights and had a great time! The staff are lovely and made us feel at home. We had a boat tour organised by them to Black Island and also 2 campfire nights at their fire pit. Other facilities are great, the pool is lovely and restaurant also serves good food. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very close to a beach which we enjoyed. A great place for a few days away as it is exceptionally secluded but was great for relaxing.
