Absolutely loved my time here - I keep coming back. Staff are brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Scorpion the dog is very cute and the whole atmosphere is brilliant, just sitting on the hammocks or the roof or the balcony. The value for money is great and the rooms are nice. Perfect placement by the beach but still peaceful.

The manager took my credit card from our room while we were at the beach and made payments. Be very careful at this place! Can only advise against staying at the Scorpion Hill Lodge!

“Quiet lodge”

A quiet lodge in Busua, around 7 min walk to the beach. I spent 3 nights in the dorm and I was the only guest during that time. The room has fans and 2 toilets. Everything was ok. Payments possible by cash or card (with extra card fee).

“Good location but poor staff and frustrating stay”

The staff wasconfused and made check in very complicated. Many things agreed upon prior to arrival were wrong, I was charged more than expected, and there was no food available to order.

Uuuh, the food was fabulous 👌, the cleanliness, the kind and very polite staff made up for everything else. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. Amazing hosts...Mr Mike, Mr Fresh, Anna & especially Docas who made all the awesome meals...thank you! Over-all...Good people. Good food. Good place👌. Totally recommend.

The location in between the tall coconut trees is magnificent! The host takes very good care and you can easily meet fellow travellers. Bar is well equipped, kitchen is yummy, yet not fully covering the whole menu

Great Location, nice view from the outdoors area. Nice communal space to hang out in with hammocks! Manager and staff were really lovely and so helpful! Breakfast was yum!

The place had a very natural feeling. It was very cozy, and the staff was so sweet. It was so beautiful to wake up to the amazing view at the lodge. Would highly recommend it!

I had an awesome stay at Scorpion Hill lodge. I enjoyed the beautiful environment and the perfect location of the lodge.. The whole staff was super nice, thoughtful and helpful from the lady cook to the manager. I'll make sure to stay again at this lodge when I come back.

Peaceful and scenic location across the lagoon from the Busua beach. Airy high ceilings. Hammocks! Delicious, free breakfasts, prompt and polite service.

The location is great. The room is basic but you get what you pay for. There are good breakfast options. Don't miss the guided tour of Butre with the usual tour guide. Plus you can swim on the beach.
