Very pretty hotel with clean rooms and Italian design. It’s easy to reach Verona downtown by bus. The owners are very nice and friendly. It’s a family owned hotel with Italian spirit and traditions.

“Big NO!!!”

The worst experience in a hundred places around the world. A house full of old furniture, heavy air and smells, next to a noisy road. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but after the first night, sleepless with the terrible noise of cars from the road, we gave up and packed up. And our little dog couldn't even go out there. It is accommodation for truck drivers or motorcyclists. There is also a shop for motorcyclists within the building. However, when we wanted to pay for that one night in the morning, the most embarrassing moment in my travels occurred. Neither the owner nor his wife speak English. The owner was yelling in Italian, threatening the police and I was honestly scared. My friend and I (two women), with puppy.I tried for 2 and a half hours to get help from Booking, but 3-4 employees kept telling me the same thing, that I should negotiate with this wild and dangerous man. In the end, out of fear, I paid for all 4 nights and left after the first day. Now, after 5 days, Booking informed me that it could not help me and that I can write my story here!😡

The property owner is very nice and helpfull, she was always there with helpfull tips the room was very well designed and showed a lot of antics that the owner is collecting, the shower was excelent and the shampoo smelled like heaven, i would stay there again

This place is a true gem!Amazing owner, so helpfull and kind.. Great amazing room, like you are in a castle or museum... And absolutely stunning breakfast! Highly reccomended!

Everything is just as described, decorated with passion. So unique! The owners are so attentive and helpful. Breakfast is superb. Would definitely recommend!

This is very unique place and very beautiful. The owners are super friendly and nice. The breakfast was top quality and all the products were fresh and tasty. I really liked the design and the ambience. This makes you feel you would like to stay longer than just overnight. There is something that makes you get know the story behind creating such a place in surprising location. Not typical bed and breakfast near highway. The best Wi-Fi speed ever.

Staff does not speak english at all. When we were checking out 8:30 in the morning, there was nobody on reception. We tried to find anyone, but unsuccesfully. We left the keycard on reception and wrote so sms as note on booking.com about the situation, and asked them to either charge directly from the credit card or send us bank data so we can transfer right away. Hotel did not responded for few hours, then called me 9 times trying to resolve something in italian, after this started to threaten us with police, reported us on booking, all the time no english word, just italian messages. They also declared we have stolen the keycard (why would I??). All the time we tried to explain and asking for bank details to trasfer money to them. Finally two days later they sent us iban (wrong) and after further confrontation they corrected iban, and told us to pay also the keycard from the room. We have sent the money five minutes after receiving the correct iban, and since that time is silence. Really unprofessional behavior, rude, unpolite, never heard single apologize. But, on the other side, hotel itself is magnificent, and if you speak italian, you probably will hve no trouble here.
