This is a jewel of a place, located in a fairy-like mountain village. The entire property is artfully designed and highly comfortable. The breakfast included tasty local and home baked products. Our host, Rosi, is helpful and charming :)

Amazing place with the best breakfast and we really enjoyed the balcony. We extended our stay here by one night because we loved it so much. There is also a great taxi service they offer.

Oh, those details that it is impossible to overlook. Besides being a magnificent place in a beautiful location with a perfect host, it has a deep layer of culture, traditions, and folktales which is what every Apennine place should hold. An energy that comes from those who have lived these mountains with art and passion.

Everything was excellent. Rooms are beatiful, clean and spatious. Location in national park and view are superb for nature lovers. So much to see, we would really like to come back again. Hosts are really friendly, wanting to help whenever possible, and can also be your guides on mountain trekking. Absolutely recommend it. Thank you, our hearts are full❤️

Just perfect! I did not expect that. Owner is lovely lady who makes you feel super welcome and home. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The small village Busana is perfect location to take a break from all kind of stress. Two dogs in the garden was very pleasant surprise .

This place is a real gem within the Parco Nazionale tosco-emiliano. This ancient farmhouse has been perfectly rennovated preserving the original atmosphere in a modern key. We really loved the breakfast, rich of local and delicious products, that we had in a lovely indoor garden. The two hosts are incredibly nice and friendly and they gave us very great tips during our stay. We will definitely come back!

Where to begin... Rosi and Vincento are the most heartwarming couple and greatest hosts we've ever met. They did everything they could to make us feel at home and provided information about local trekking and restaurants. The dinner at the place was outstanding! Superb cooks, they made delicious italian food - the best we've had in Italy. Their dog is so sweet and calm. The room was cosy and big with a good bed and a nice bathroom. The courtyard and garden were really nice and quiet as well. We would have loved to stay even longer and will definitely stay there again!
