Great place to stay, very modern, spotlessly clean, and it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We received a clear and detailed information guide in advance with everything we needed to know. It's a bit far from the city centre, but in return you get a wonderfully quiet and charming neighbourhood, great shopping options nearby, and a beautiful church within walking distance.

Its a new development area in Busan nearby few attractions (Premium Outlet, Malls, Team Park & nice beach) its very quiet and we feel so easy & safe.

Super modern, luxurious flat in a location near ocean. Close to public transport. Very comfy beds. Two bathrooms. Amazing views from balcony. Everything you could want from an apartment really.

The sea view. It was a beautiful view (I chose a "D" type apartment). I love the city and its shoreline. Located really quite close (5 minutes walk) to the Lotte Mall. One of the bathrooms had a bath tub. Walk-in closet in master bedroom. Washer and dryer in a small utility room. Comfy sofa. Good cook top and extractor fan. Good fridges and freezer. The kitchen sink was big with good drying rack and pull-out directable faucet. The kitchen had a fun quirky food storage cupboard with a motorised slatted door. It was always fun to open and close :- D I hope to stay there next time I visit Busan!

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this homestay, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, making it incredibly comfortable for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and homely. My kids especially enjoyed the stay — they loved the spacious rooms, the cozy atmosphere, and the safe, clean environment where they could play and relax. It was wonderful to see them so happy and comfortable throughout our time there. The homestay definitely made our family trip more enjoyable and memorable. The host was outstanding as well. They were friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. All amenities were provided exactly as promised, and small touches around the house showed genuine care and attention to detail. The location was also convenient, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience. I would not hesitate to return, and I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay. It was truly a wonderful experience for both adults and kids alike!

We were 6 people and needed to cook. There are not enough plates and cutlery. They did not provide more on request. We needed to go to a supermarket and even buy a cooking bowl to cook rice. There are no instructions. You have 4 aircons, but only one remote. So you cannot use the aircon. There should have been a microwave and an oven. That is not correct. There is a hybrid unit. We needed to cook twice due to the available space in the oven/microwave. We had been assigned an apartment different from what we bought and it was quite difficult to get moved to a correct one. Booking.com never helped. We lost a whole day of our holiday because of all the problems. The place is probably good for couples or Koreans. The service is like a hotel, but without a safe to store valuables. So we had to demand them not to enter the apartment once we were gone.

Great apartment, very modern and it had everything we needed. Great communication with the host as well, lovely and responsive. We also enjoyed the location - quite far for the station but perfect for the temple and some further attractions. Would stay again!

All rooms are air-conditioned. The room includes a large washing machine and dryer, a microwave, an oven, and a really big refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There’s also a large TV with a sofa. Everything was very clean. You can request a small cleaning service daily and a full cleaning every three days. The surroundings and the building itself are very quiet.

There were no standard bath towels. No coffee or tea in the apartment. The coffee shops were not opened until 10:00am. A bath mat would have been welcoming. A couple of garbage bags would have been a good idea.

High tech property, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful view to the sea, excellent value for money.
