The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very luxurious and well located. There was a shopping mall attached to the hotel itself which was useful and the beach was also very close. Very clean and the room was well equipped with cables, expensive body care products in the bathroom and remotes to control the blinds / curtains.

Spacious rooms, very clean and modern. Excellent breakfast, very good gym and helpful and courteous staff.

The duty manager Jason Jang turned my experience around, went above and beyond to ensure my celebratory experience was not only salvaged, but improved. The rooms and all the premises of the hotel are spacious, sparkling clean and beautiful. Ocean view room is incredible, but Mipo harbor view is also beautiful.

“wonderful South Korea”

South Korean are very nice, kind, we felt so comfortable. Everyone is smiling and trying to work the perfection and give their best. The city is clean, there is common sense, you have a sense of comfort

The location was good and fairly clean. The view to the harbour and town was nice but not all the rooms are orientated like this.

This was a highlight of our trip to South Korea. Our stay here was comfortable and felt like a luxury stay the whole time. The breakfasts were exceptional, and the staff were great. The gym and pool facilities were outstanding. The pool overlooks the beach and is very relaxing. We ate at Chaoran restaurant, which was a fantastic experience as well.

Spacious room, great amenities, attentive staff. Among the best gyms we've seen in a hotel. Location is great overall, there are many things to see and do in walking distance.

The pool areas well heated. The guest lounge with free champagne and snacks every evening, and free coffee tea etc throughout the day.

“Best place to stay in Busan”

Amazing stay! Very comfortable rooms - if you can book the rooms with ocean view. Very clean and they have Dyson hot dryers:) I really appreciated that. Perfect location - we could do our morning runs along the beach. Breakfast - delicious.

The room offered views of both the lake and the beach and was very spacious and well-appointed. The terrace was a pleasant place to enjoy the beach views. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, though it was not inexpensive. Dinner at the two-Michelin-star restaurant was a delightful experience. My wife and I really enjoyed it — it's a very pleasant hotel where we felt well taken care of.
