The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a room that was quiet and I slept well. Location is convenient although not super attractive. Being close to the train and bus stops made getting to other areas of the city very easy.

“I am happy with my stay at Ramada Encore”
I didn’t take the breakfast option as it was not included in my booking package. The hotel is located directly opposite Busan Train Station, which was very convenient as I was travelling between Seoul and Busan via KTX. There are plenty of eateries within a 3-minute walk from the hotel lobby. There is also a CU convenience store and a Dunkin’ Donuts located in the lobby. Breakfast is served on the top floor, where there is also a pool with a panoramic view. Although I did not have breakfast there, I took a look and it seemed quite decent. The lifts were reasonably fast, and I also used the laundry facilities at B1, which conveniently include automatic detergent dispensing.

Central, easy access to public transportation opposite Busan Station and bus stops are nearby that go to various tourist attractions. Chinatown is across the road and there’s a lot of eateries nearby too. Coin operated laundry is available at basement of the hotel.

The location was great, especially if you want to be close to a train station. Literally walked across the road to catch the KTX back to Seoul. Clean rooms as well
