“Great hotel and friendly service”
Great facilities (full gym, pool and spa), restaurants, views and staff. Would highly recommend if you are in Busan. The King room was very spacious and had great views of the Marina. We had the Signature set and the restaurant and loved it. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

“Comfortable stay with exceptional views”
Stunning views, excellent facilities, staff politeness and helpfulness, and the fast room service with really high quality food and several options which I used many times during my stay. The Galbi dinner was exceptional! The location is right in between the two areas I wanted to explore in Busan so it was great too, but it does work better if you're planning to take taxis or don't mind walking a bit to the nearest bus station. I would like to also note the staff at entrance was exceptionally kind and efficient with helping me get a taxi quickly, and communicating with the driver in Korean on my behalf. Also for my bag handling - I brought a backpack which was not the easiest- trolley is better for Busan - but the hotel staff was really helpful with handling my bag.

The service was excellent. Location was right in front of the ocean so views were spectacular. The rooms were big and spacious with good amenities. Breakfast variety was amazing. It was delicious!

It was a nice location facing the water and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. It was my birthday trip so they upgraded us to a family room which was nice with more space. Breakfast was decent - good spread.

“Lovely large hotel in a great area”
Great views from 30th floor, pool and hot tub and gym had good views as well, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was really spacious. Everything exceptionally clean. There was a tv for the bath!

This hotel is stunning. The views were amazing. The gym was great and well appointed. Very modern rooms with the 5 star features you would expect, like good automation of lighting and blinds, plenty of tv channels, spacious bathroom.
