Overview
Only 500 metres from Haeundae Subway Station (Busan Line 2), Seacloud Hotel offers elegant studios and suites with a small kitchen. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my time in Busan. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent, very convenient and close to the beach. I especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere after long days exploring the city. The staff were all very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again 😊

The room was comfortable and clean, and we had a pleasant stay overall. However, housekeeping could be improved. On our second day, the room was not cleaned and only the towels were changed. The next day it was all clean up n our bed was made. the very next day,, we returned quite early and the room still had not been cleaned yet. As we were tired, we only requested fresh towels instead of full housekeeping. The housekeeper was polite and asked if we still wanted the room cleaned, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but housekeeping consistency could be better.
