The bidet was damaged at abt 4am durin our last nite there n water flowed continuously in the toilet so the bathroom floor was v wet. Luckily the engineer was very responsive and replaced the bidet tube in 10 mins.

Room Size for the price and location was excellent. Bathroom had a bidet which is wonderful. Super close to subway and bus stops that go everywhere in Busan. Local market behind hotel with lots of local goods. Plenty of elevators to access the floors

Great location, near the underground shopping place. Room is big and clean but nothing outstanding. Breakfast has varieties and love the waffle. Need to do your own cleaning after eating.

Location is great as it is near city Center with the market right beside the hotel. There is also 2 bus stops nearby with buses to multiple sightseeing and shopping locations, very convenient.

I like the location of the hotel. I chose to stay at ibis because it has a great location, making it convenient for traveling to meetings and getting around. It's close to the subway, shopping areas, and markets.

“An overall pleasant stay”

1. Location is excellent - across the road is the Bujeon train station, outside the hotel is the Seomyeon Underground Shopping, Bujeon Market and Starbucks. The convenience store GS25 is in the same building as the hotel. Within 500m around the hotel are great eateries, bakeries and the Lotte Mall with duty free shopping and medical facilities with all kinds of specialization. 2. Concierge is friendly and helpful 3. Housekeeping is consistent 4. There is a water dispenser on the same floor. 5. The shower is powerful and there is plenty of shower gel and shampoo in large bottles.

The hotel was located in Bujeon which has a lot of places to eat and the train exits/entrances are right outside the hotel. The reception is on the 17th floor which some people may like since you don’t have to interact with staff everyday when coming in and out of the hotel (since the rooms are below reception). The staff clean the room well too.

directly above the subway and bus stops. about 10mins walk to Seomyeon for amazing shopping and restaurants! We booked a deluxe room with 2 double beds and it was HUGE. I've never been in a hotel room this big ! the beds were super comfortable, room and bathrooms were pristine clean. We really enjoyed our stay 😊😊

“Simple, clean and comfortable stay next to market”

The market next to the hotel was convenient for cheap breakfast options. A quick walk to one of the subway lines. Similar to a normal 3-star business hotel in North America, so spartan but clean.
