“Great location, but poor maintenance, and impractical designs, limit the hotel's potential”
The hotel is in a very good location, and all rooms have a sea view, which is a big plus. It is a Korean-style hotel with a very stylish design, but many elements feel impractical, and after some time certain features no longer work properly. Unfortunately, these issues do not seem to be addressed by a capable maintenance team — it sometimes feels as if the problems are not even recognized as problems.

Let me start by saying the view was incredible, very close to the beach, ocean/bay views are stunning. The room and bathroom is spacious, with plenty of room to unpack your bags and still move around.

We absolutely loved staying in Hotel Laon! Our room was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything necessary and had a wonderful view to the sea. The staff was also lovely and helpful. It is located a bit far from the center since it’s near the beach but totally worth it. We will be back for sure

The view!!! Everything was exactly as mentioned, the facilities and everything. Breakfast was good. Location is also very near from the beach as well as connected to other touristy spots of Busan.

“Nice view poor service”
The ocean view is adorable. You just look at the window and forget about all of the inconveniences. We had the room with a big bathtub on the 8th floor so it was spacious enough and not noisy at all. This hotel also has breakfast that made our mornings easier. Not too much choice but better than nothing: eggs and toasts with croissants and butter were a good starter pack :) And the coffee machine at the breakfast area is a nice bonus Location is not close to main city activities but if you go to Busan for surfing this place is the best one cause Songjeong beach is the main spot in here.

“A good place which seems to now have lost its value.”
The rooms were not clean. A lot of dust on the shelves and tables; spider on the bed! We checked out an hour after the normal time and we were initially informed the hourly charge is 10kwon but the person at the desk charged 15k. We have been to this place many times but this time it was a bad experience.

“Beachside hotel”
This was such a lovely hotel! Waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean was amazing! Right on the beach, the station for the Haeundae Blueline Park is right down the road and several eateries and convinience stores around. Beds were comfortable, loved the shower everything was nice overall a great stay! Room looks like the pictures.
